Vehicle Description
This 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle is a true COPO and has been
authenticated by Ed Cunneen of the COPO Connection with a
Certificate of Authenticity. It is one of 323 COPO Chevelles
produced in 1969 and was sold new from Scuncio Chevrolet in
Greenville, RI. This COPO received a professional restoration by
Gravels Auto Body in Waterbury, CT. It is documented with its Build
Sheet clearly showing the VIN and key ordering options, such as
power disc brakes, sport striping, bucket seats, center console,
sport steering wheel, tinted glass and rear-window defroster. The
restoration adhered to its original factory color combination with
a Fathom Green exterior over a Parchment interior. Power comes from
a period-correct 427ci V8 engine paired to a Muncie 4-speed manual
transmission. This COPO has power steering and rides on 14-inch
5-spoke SS wheels wrapped in Firestone bias-ply red line tires. The
sale includes the original Build Sheet, COPO Connection certificate
and the NCRS Shipping Data Report.
