This 1937 Ford Pro-Touring roadster received a custom 4-year
no-expense-spared restoration. It is powered by a Corvette LS1
engine with a water-cooled supercharger by Magnuson and modified
heads to provide 395hp with 415 ft/lbs of torque. The engine is
mated to a 6-speed transmission. This car rides on Corvette C4
suspension narrowed 3 inches per side with coilover springs,
posi-traction with 3.73 gears and American Torq Thrust II wheels
wrapped in Goodyear Eagle F1 tires. The frame-off restoration
chopped the top 3 inches and equipped the car with a custom
power-operated hood featuring a remote and power-operated rumble
seat with a remote, convertible top with custom tonneau and Downs
1937 perimeter chassis with full boxed rails. It is finished in
custom Maui Deep Sea Blue Metallic exterior paint over a Champagne
leather interior featuring heated 8-way power seats, power windows
and door locks with remote, a Vintage Air system, windshield wipers
and washers, mirror signal lights and daylight driving lights. The
audio system is complete using a Pioneer AM/FM/CD/DVD with an
Alpine amplifier, eight speakers and an entertainment system.
