Vehicle Description
This 1971 Chevrolet C10 custom short-bed pickup was restored in
2023. It is powered by a remanufactured Gen 4 GM 6.0-liter V8
engine by K&U Machine Shop mated to a 4L60E Mad Dog automatic
transmission backed by a 12-bolt rear end and 3.73-member
posi-traction gears. The engine is equipped with Texas Speed Stage
1 cam, LS3 intake manifold, LS3 heads, aluminum four-row radiator
and electric fans, and Holley Terminator X throttle-body. This C10
has CPP tubular control arms, CPP sway bar, front and rear
coilovers, CPP tubular trailing arms and a rear shock relocation
kit. Stopping power comes from Wilwood slotted disc brakes on all
four corners. CPP steering gearbox. Its 16-gallon fuel tank has
been relocated to the rear of the bed. The pickup has a 2.5-inch 40
series Flowmaster exhaust system and is rolling on 20-inch Ridler
wheels. It has been painted Jade Green with white stripes, has
deluxe black and aluminum side moldings, painted radiator filler
panels with round dimples, a Redwood oak bed with stainless strips,
"Chevrolet" tailgate band and Cheyenne 10 fender emblems. The
exterior features smoked glass, LED dual chrome mirrors, and front
and rear bumper. The custom tan bench seat interior features a
black dash pad, black and tan door panels and black carpet, as well
as Dakota Digital gauges, American Autowire harness, an Old Air
Products air conditioning system with original big vents,
RetroSound Bluetooth system and kick panel speakers, and a custom
Flashpower steering wheel and chrome tilt column.
