Vehicle Description
This professionally restored 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T is powered
by a matching-numbers V-code 440ci Six-Pack 390hp engine paired
with a Chrysler A833 4-speed manual transmission, backed by the A33
performance axle package. The Challenger was built at the assembly
plant in Hamtramck, MI, during the 1970 model year and has a known
owner history. The features and options include dual exhaust with
chrome tips, a Rallye instrument panel with a tachometer and an
added factory original Shaker assembly. It is finished in its
original Plum Crazy High Impact paint with a black bucket-seat
interior and V1X full black vinyl top. The sale comes with the
original owner's manual and a 55-page Wise Validation Report, in
which Dave Wise states, "It is apparent that care and attention to
the smallest detail were given to the restoration ... the cleanest
sheet metal that I have seen in a long time."
