Cadillac was and still is today one of Americas favorite luxury
vehicle brand. Under the hood is a 425 CI V8 5.4L motor that pushes
210 BHP at 4150 RPM and 330 Ft lbs. torque at 2700 Rpm. Fitted to
the engine is a 3 speed Hydra-matic transmission which was the
first type of fully automatic transmissions. The paint is
pearlescent white paint that has a hint of orange that can be seen
up close in the light. The paint is done nicely and has no drip
marks and no orange-peel. The chrome trim is in good shape and
gives off a good shine. Interior seats have been redone nicely
however the vinyl on the door panels are not aligned too well on
the passenger sides. The carpet has minor staining on the driver
and passenger side but overall is in good shape. The dash is free
of cracks and all the interior trim pieces are intact. The
remaining wheel covers are inside the vehicle. A few imperfections
to note is that the power windows currently do not work and the
passenger side reverse taillight cover is missing. Overall the 53
Cadillac Fleetwood are becoming difficult to find especially one
that is rust free and this one here has been preserved well.
