This is a turn key classic, rare to North America. I’ve owned it for about 4 years now and I’ve gone over the car front to back, repaired or replaced everything to make it a daily driver. It was repainted in Ukraine and the quality is 7 to 8/10. A repaint is definitely not required. There’s approximately 50000 kms on the rebuilt bottom end with one over pistons and every gasket and seal replaced. So much has been done including the recent addition of electronic ignition and a Lynx intake manifold with a Weber 40 dcoe. The car ran perfectly fine with the stock intake manifold and carburettor, I just wanted to see what the new setup would add and the throttle response is much better. It sounds amazing and cruises effortlessly on the highway.
There’s no rust, no rust repairs from what I can see, the interior is clean, headliner is perfect, some rips and stitches apart in the seats but the cushions are perfect. I’ve lowered the suspension, went from 13” to 14” tires and rims, added a cd deck with am fm radio, and so much more. The only thing that doesn’t work is the volt meter and fuel gauge but I’ve added aftermarket gauges.
Its a stock 1.5 litre aluminum hemi with the stock 4 speed manual transmission and 3.83 rear end. Included will be approximately $3000 in soare parts.
Besides what’s already mentioned above, heres whats New: newly rebuilt cylinder head professionally done, water pump, Holley electric fuel pump with pressure regulator, fuel line from tank to carb, voltage regulator, alternator, plugs, wires, starter, 3 row recored stock rad, electric cooling fan, thermostat, hoses, brake and clutch masters, new brake job including drums turned, new wheel cylinders, brake lines, clutch, clutch basket with throw out bearing, clutch line, clutch master cylinder, headlamps, transmission seals, rear differential seals, axle seals, u joints, 2” exhaust with Magnaflow muffler, Royal Purple differential fluid and transmission fluid. All weather stripping in great condition, no replacements required.
Turn signals, wipers and washer pump, brake lights, manual switch reverse light, high beam, heater and fan, interior light, engine bay lights, horn all in working condition. Nothing is required to be done to drive this car away.
4 years ago, I cleaned the entire undercarriage to the metal then primed and sprayed with undercoating. It’s still intact today.
The driveshaft was balanced and driveline angles are perfect , no vibrations.
