Gateway Classic Cars of Tulsa has done it again and are proud to
present this 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Convertible. For the final year
of the Tri-Fives, Chevrolet designers added an exclamation point to
the already-popular full-size 1955 and 1956 Chevy Bel Air. The
swept lines became longer, the fins grew larger, and the front
grill was nothing short of bold...and GOLD. The 1957 Chevy Bel Air
became one of the most recognizable cars in the entire car
industry. In fact, it became an icon of an entire era. This beauty
is painted in high gloss Yellow with correct Gold badging and trim.
Slick whitewall tires and correct hubs. On the inside you'll notice
the yellow and silver two-tone bench seats with a black dash and
silver column and steering wheel. It has a Black Vinyl Power Top
that according to the owner does need a little help at times but is
easily able to get up and down. Powered by a tastefully upgraded
350ci V8 and paired with a TH350 3-Speed Automatic Transmission.
Over 65 years later, there are few things more quintessentially
American than baseball, mom's apple pie, or a 1957 Chevy Bel Air.
These never last long so make sure to jump on this one!
