Body: The Bronco has received a very extensive restoration!  The following components have been replaced with new OEM quality parts or NOS parts, doors, fenders, tailgate and hood. The body was removed from the frame and completely stripped and blasted.  The rust repair included new rockers and front floorboards.  The body was epoxy primed and then several coats of urethane primer applied and then the base coat clear coat paint.  several hundred hours have been spent on the bodywork for the Bronco and it shows! it looks amazing!

Exterior Trim: Every item on the outside of the Bronco has been replaced or restored, new bumpers, grill trim, Bronco letters, mirrors, door handles, locks, door felt, windshield, wing windows rebuilt.  There is also a new soft top installed.

Engine: The original engine is a low mile roller 5.0 V8. I recently did a compression check and all 8 cylinders which have great compression (150-160 psi). The engine does not smoke/burn or leak oil.  It runs very strong and sounds great.  During the restoration the engine was resealed with new seals and gaskets along with installing a new oil pump, fuel pump, water pump and thermostat. Also, new plugs, wires, distributor, one wire 130-amp alternator and a new carburetor.

Frame / suspension / axles:  The frame is extremely clean with no rust issues ever! The factory VIN stamp is still leadable on the frame which matches the title and warranty tag.  The frame was completely stripped and sent to the local sandblaster to be blasted and epoxy painted.  New front and rear springs, bushing and shocks were installed on the chassis. The 9-inch rear axle setup with 4.11 gears and a Truetrac locking differential and 31 spline axles new gears, bearings, and seals. The front axle is a Dana 44 also set with 4:11 gears and an open dif. new bearing, seals and axles have been installed in the front axle. New drivelines front and rear have also been installed.

Transmission / Transfer-case: The transmission is the stock74 Bronco automatic transmission which was rebuilt during the restoration and shifts very nicely. The transfer case is a stock Dana 20, which works great and has new bearings and seals installed. The shifter moves in and out of all gears smoothly.

Wheels / Tires: The aluminum rims are new and in very nice condition with no scratches or pitting. The tires are 33x12.50x15 BF Goodrich All Terrains   The tires have less than 2200 miles on them.

Steering / Brakes: The Bronco has power steering and power disc brakes.  The steering box and pump are extremely smooth and don’t leak any fluid. The tie rod ends and drag link are all nice and tight.  The ball joints on the dana 44 have recently been replaced.  The Bronco has recently received a complete brake job on the front axle and rear axle. This Bronco stops great and drives very smooth and straight.

Electrical: All lights and turn signals work great!  All the gauges are accurate and functional including the fuel gauge. The factory vacuum wipers have been converted to electric wipers with a delay switch.  The factory heater and emergency flasher systems work great!

Interior / soft trim:  The OEM Bronco seats have been restored with sandblasting and painting the frames and then installing new seat covers and seat foam. There is a full roll bar installed in the Bronco with shoulders belts for all 4 seats. The door seals and window felting are in great condition.  The front windshield and gasket has been replaced. The door locks are all functioning and locking with a key.
