Cruisin Classics is excited to offer a rare opportunity to acquire
a 2011 Camaro 2SS modified by Berger Chevrolet in Michigan. This
particular example is finished in slick black paint with red SS
stripes and is 1 of only 25 dealer modified Camaro's authorized by
Chevrolet. AND...9,943 ACTUAL MILES. The Berger SS 2011 package
came at a price of $21,730.00 in addition to the original price of
the car. It included a few upgrades from the 2010 package such as a
rear anti-sway bar, Forgeline 3 piece modular wheels with 11"rears
and body color painted shark fin. Along with everything that was
included in the original Berger package this particular Camaro was
treated to the new 2011 Berger SS package "2" optional appearance
package. Package "2" included color keyed heritage front grill,
front and rear 5th generation SS emblems, new 3-piece blade style
rear spoiler, and HP rating on hood at an additional cost of
$2195.00. This modern day hot rod is powered by a 6.2 Liter
supercharged V8 engine that produces 550 HP and 530 FP of torque.
The engine sounds simply amazing through the chambered stainless
steel cat back exhaust system. Also included in the Berger SS
package are advanced handling and suspension upgrades including new
progressive rate springs, urethane radius rod bushings and urethane
rear sub frame bushings. Combine this with the aforementioned
Forgeline modular wheels wrapped in brand new Pirelli P Zero tires
with new pressure sensors (275/40x20 fronts and monster 305/35x20
rears), a Hurst Billet/Plus 2 short throw shifter, and a 4-wheel
Brembo brake system and you've got a Camaro that's a true driver's
machine. The beautiful jet black exterior has also been treated to
some tasteful Berger touches such as the red SS stripes combined
with the 3 piece rear spoiler, red billet front, rear and fender SS
emblems and a 550 HP hood emblem that give this car a real "retro"
look harkening back to the early Camaro's. Berger "Prescribed
Power" badges are mounted on both fenders below the SS emblems as
well as Berger dealer sticker on the rear deck. The custom blacked
out tail panel is a cool homage to the iconic first gen Camaro's.
The beautiful interior is in the same like-new condition as the
exterior. The black leather seats with white stitching are
absolutely stunning, as is the matching leather-wrapped steering
wheel. The throwback dash and gauges include a large speedometer
and tachometer both with digital numbering as well as analog
indicator needles. Much like the first generation Camaro's the
rectangular oil temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and
transmission fluid temperature gauges are mounted on the front of
the console just under the HVAC controls. The Hurst short throw
shifter for the 6 speed manual transmission is comfortably located
on the center console. A "Prescribed Power" badge is mounted on the
passenger side of the dashboard. Included with the car are the
original "Berger" floor mats as well as a "Camaro by Berger" car
cover. This outstanding Camaro is exactly as built by Chevrolet and
the technicians at Berger. There have been no modifications to the
supercharged 6.2 liter engine, exterior or interior. This limited
edition Camaro comes with a clean Carfax and shows only 9,935
actual miles on the odometer!
