“Cherry” 1-Owner Chevrolet Suburban

I bought this 2003 Suburban from Carlisle Chevrolet here in Waxahachie for my wife. She has taken extremely good care of it and all that care shows. She changed the oil every 3,000 miles and wouldn't even let anyone eat or drink in it. She certainly didn't let anyone smoke in the vehicle.
Basically, it's in Cherry condition.
It has the "Vortec" 5700 (5.7 Liter) engine, tan leather interior, Bose Premium Speaker System and all the options available at that time.
The suburban has:
*The original 5.7 Liter V8 "Vortec" Engine began to show a slight oil leak last year with 247,000 miles on it. There are no new engines or transmissions for this model year available any more. A remanufactured 5.7 Liter V8 "Vortec" Engine and the GM Transmission were both installed at the same time last year. A remanufactured engine and transmission were selected since they have all new parts as opposed to a rebuilt engine or transmission that do not have all new parts. Both the engine and transmission have only 15,759 miles on them and they both have a
3 YEAR, 100,000 MILE WARRANTY ON THEM!
*Tan leather seats and interior: rear seat is new, middle seats have slight wear and the front seats are in very good shape
*The carpet is "like new" since it came with matching carpet floor mats and carpet cargo mat. We used rubber floor mats on top of these all the time, so the matching carpet floor mats are "like new" also.
*I spent $5,000 in 2022 to have the exterior redone including repainting her with the high gloss Chevrolet "Redfire Metallic" Original Color with several coats of "Clear Coat" sealer. They did a great job and it shows.
*Completely new air conditioning system with separate systems and controls for the front and back; lifetime warranty on the entire system
*The Suburban has all the options available at that time including original factory Sirius Compatible stereo/radio/6 CD Player in the dash; overhead DVD player for the 2nd and 3rd row seats; Electric doors, windows and driver seat (with programable driver settings for seat, steering wheel and outside mirrors for 2 drivers with 2 programable key fobs); Heavy Duty towing package with additional cooling system; Tilt steering wheel with cruise control, etc.
*Bose Premium Speaker System with Surround Sound.
*New Michelin MCH Defender Tires replaced last year (14,397 miles on them with 70,000 mile Replacement Warranty)
*This Suburban was the first year of the new "unibody construction method" and the ride is smooth and unmatched!
I'm from the "Old School" and I've always believed that if you take care of your vehicle, it will take care of you. Every time an issue would come up, I'd pay whatever the cost was to get her back to prime condition.
Since 2003, I’ve spent $33,920.44 in continuing repairs including $14,591.51 to replace the engine and transmission last year and $5,000 to touch up and paint it last year. This was the actual cost I’ve paid to my mechanics and body shop and doesn’t include the purchase price.
The only way you can be sure what you’re getting with a used vehicle is to see the repair/restoration invoices. I will give all the receipts for these repairs, maintenance and restoration to the buyer.
There have been repairs and new parts replaced over the years, but right now the truck has these recent repairs, upgrades and restorations:

*COMPLETE BODY WORK: replaced front grill, repair all dents and scratches, paint to original "Redfire Metallic" color with several coats clear coat-$5,000.00
*NEW COMPLETE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM WITH LIFETIME WARRANTY-$1,348.37
*NEW MICHELIN DEFENDER LTX M/S TIRES IN 2022 WITH 70,000 MILE TIRE REPLACEMENT WARRANTY-Only 14,397 miles on them right now-$1,004.87
*SHE HAS THE HEAVY DUTY TOWING PACKAGE but has never towed anything; new instrument cluster in dash; new shocks; new alternator with lifetime warranty; new ignition switch on the steering column and housing and new spare tire.
She has been well cared for and is ready for years of fun for the new owners!
I'VE REDUCED THE PRICE TO $14,999 WHICH IS LESS THAN THE COST OF THE ENGINE, TRANSMISSION AND BODY WORK THAT I PAID LAST YEAR!
