1986 Volkswagen Westfalia Syncro with Subaru 2.5L It is equipped
with the 5 speed transmission that has the rear locker. The van
started as a tin top and was converted in 2008 Subaru 2.5L
installed and the pop-top conversion. The Good: Engine: Subaru 2.5L
Compression test completed and engine is strong. Bumpers: Upgraded

Luggage rack solar, Noco Genius trickle charger, 2nd house battery.
Victron BMS. Stereo: Upgraded with rear 6x9's Wheels: Upgraded to

Cluster: Scan Gauge Upgrade. Battery: New Main Battery Interior
Conversion: Westfalia used upholstery and cabinets installed.
Assist Struts for Pop-Top. Pop-Top: Conversion done right from tin
top to factory roof pop-top. Swivel Seats: Added to both sides.
Suspension: Burley Upper Control Arms Upgraded 12V Fridge The Bad:
The paint and body work has not been a priority on this van and it
could really use it. Starter is interment and should be upgraded to
a Hi Torque Starter. Restoration is older and not recent. Fridge
not installed. Windshield cracked. No Headbanger cabinet Utility
