The best thing about small block C2 Corvettes is how well they drive; the balance the lighter weight motor imbues on the chassis compared to the big block makes it the better sports car. When backed by a 4-speed manual the engagement these cars deliver is highly rewarding.
This '64 Stingray roadster has a powerful 350 cubic inch ZZ4 crate engine that starts easy, idles smoothly and pulls hard through the rev range in all four gears. Power assisted drum brakes are as originally configured and perform well. Unassisted steering is tight and not too heavy to manage in close quarters. Period whitewall radials were installed in 2022. All of the electrical, lights and instrumentation (except for the clock) are in working order. There is a vintage fit modern radio installed.
The paint is a very nice driver quality that has aged enough to show some stress cracks in the usual places. Chrome and glass both very nice.
