This is a two owner 2004 BMW M3 in Carbon Black with Grey leather interior, manual transmission and 60,500 miles. The seller purchased this M3 in 2007 from the local BMW dealer as a certified pre-owned car. He also added performance modifications noted below. The air bag recalls have been completed and the car has been meticulously maintained by a BMW enthusiast. It has a clean Carfax with no reported incidents, a clear title and is in Tennessee.
Exterior
The exterior color is Carbon Black with Shadowline trim, Xenon headlights, fog lights, a glass sunroof, rain-sensing windshield wipers, a larger trunk lid spoiler, and quad exhaust outlets. It has OZ three-piece wheels with silver center and polished lip, 19 x 8 front, and 19 x 10 rear, with 3” lip for rears wrapped in Bridgestone tires, 235/40-19 front, and 265/35-19 rear. The seller added Bilstein PSS10 front coilovers and rear springs & shocks, with adjustable ride height and dampening. He added a stainless-steel rear muffler section, drilled, and slotted brake rotors, with performance brake pads. Seller notes an imperfection consisting of a horizontal scratch on the passenger side door as noted in photos.
Interior
The interior is Grey Nappa leather with heated power-adjustable front sport seats, carbon fiber accent trim on doors, dashboard, and console. It has driver’s seat memory settings as well as automatic climate control, cruise control, a Harman Kardon sound system, and a BMW Business CD stereo.
Mechanicals
This M3 has the 3.2-liter S54 inline-six factory rated at 333 horsepower and 262 lb.-ft of torque. The seller changed the coolant and brake fluid every 3 years, oil changed every 3K miles or less (recently every 2000 miles) with Castrol TMS 10W60. A new water pump and all hoses were replaced, and new battery installed in April 2023. All air bag recalls have been completed, rear subframe passed inspection, the VANOS passed inspection and did not need service.

This car was extremely well maintained by a BMW CCA enthusiast and comes with service records since his ownership. It has a full-size spare tire kit with jack. All original parts are included with sale except the original wheels. The seller has 2 additional sets of wheels included if desired (5 spoke Beyern Rapp silver/polished and a second set of Axis Penta mesh anthracite center polished lip wheels, both are 19x8.5 and 19x9.5).
