Full Strip & Re-paint in original Astral Silver (735G). Many body gaskets were replaced with OEM components at this time. Windows were adjusted & all mechanisms lubricated. Rust-Free Chassis & Body.
Refurbishment of the front seats with new leather covers & OEM seat pads throughout.
Rebuild of the manual transmission with genuine Mercedes Benz parts. Clutch & flywheel refurbishment and new Genuine clutch hydraulics at that time.
Timing chain & guides inspected (In excellent shape with no chain stretch). Valve Adjustment performed at 125,000km
Full tune-up using OEM components: Spark plugs, wires, ignition points, cap & rotor etc. Ignition timing adjusted & tuned.
Cooling system flush & refurbishment with new cooling hoses, new thermostat, and auxiliary air valve serviced.
Replacement of all high pressure fuel lines under the hood.
Oil & Filter change at 125,500km
