This beautifully restored, all-steel 1946 Ford Sedan is a true show
winner. The 1946 Ford marked the return of civilian automobile
production after World War II, and while based on the pre-war 1942
model, it represented a hopeful return to normalcy for American
consumers. This particular example has been meticulously upgraded
and maintained, boasting a powerful flathead V8 engine with dual
carburetors, mated to a smooth three-on-the-tree manual
transmission. Performance enhancements include dual exhaust,
electric fans, and an electric fuel pump. Modern conveniences blend
seamlessly with the classic design, including door poppers with a
remote trunk popper, electric wipers, and an AM/FM CD player.
Safety and reliability have been addressed with a new gas tank, new
brakes, new brake lines, new wheel cylinders, new plugs, new plug
wires, and a new battery. The exterior shines with new chrome
bumpers and excellent condition chrome and stainless trim. A
