Chevrolet two-door Bel Air. This second-generation Bel Air was
produced from 1955-1957. Sold as a full-size model in many
variations including two-doors. Four-doors. Convertibles, and
station wagons. Built as an upscale model, the 1955 Bel Air came
with tons of chrome, full wheel covers, plush interiors, and a
Ferrari looking front grille. The '55 Bel Air received high
accolades from magazines like Motor Trend and Popular Mechanics for
its exciting styling and superior handling. Making the new Bel Air
an instant hit with consumers, selling an astonishing 1,775,992
units in 1955 alone. This 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air is painted in an
attractive blue/white two-tone combination. A set of beefy Cragar
five-spoke chrome wheels are a great addition to this Bel Airs
overall good looks. The matching blue/ white vinyl interior
consists of bench seating, a "Grant" wood steering wheel w/tilt,
full carpeting, AM/FM/ cassette radio, and an aftermarket gauge
package. Under the hood of this beauty is a small block V-8
attached to a five-speed manual transmission. Special features
include an aluminum radiator w/ electric fan, chrome valve
