Fresh body off frame restoration with all the upgrades you would
want. This was a personal build done by a local legend who does
amazing work. He's known for his immaculate paint jobs, and to have
something done by him means you'll be on a waiting list for quite
some time. Skip the wait lines and get this extra slick Chevelle
that's done now!
EXTERIOR: The fit and finish is precise. The paint is so deep,
glossy, and black you're looking into a mirror. Look closely and
you'll notice some very subtle, very classy matte black SS stripes
down the sides of the body. It's accessorized with an SS hood,
paint matched sport mirrors, New SS trim front to back. The chrome
bumpers are new as well. It's proudly sitting on some very nice
American Racing Torque Thrust II 17" with new Nitto tires. The
black power convertible top is new and works extremely well.
INTERIOR: Fresh new Legendary interior! All the door panels, trim,
and handles are all new. You'll even notice it's been upgraded with
power windows which work great. The entire dash is all new and
replaced, and features Dakota digital dash gauges that light up
red. The heater control panel looks new, and it has a nice retro
radio sitting beneath it. The center console is original but has
been updated with the overdrive indicator. The Holy Sniper screen
is mounted on the center console. The seats are all new and done
from legendary interiors. The rosewood deluxe wheel looks really
nice as well.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Under the hood is the ZZ502CI big block pushing
508HP. It's a complete GM crate motor, fitted with Holley sniper
fuel injection, Power steering, Air conditioning, and Hooker
Headers. The power brake booster looks new. The bright orange cast
aluminum valve covers are a nice touch. It has an upgraded aluminum
radiator with dual electric fans, and a nice red top optima battery
has been added. Show quality engine bay.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid is painted as slick as the
top. The jambs look amazing too, with new weather stripping added.
The spatter paint is done nicely, and there's a nice, carpeted mat
with bound edges, and even insulation to help keep moisture out and
protect the trunk from rusting.
UNDERSIDE: Frame off restoration that looks immaculate! This
gorgeous Chevelle is squeaky clean underneath. Built with all new
components. The Front suspension is all new, It features KYB shocks
on all 4 corners. An upgraded HD sway bar has been installed as
well. It's tied together with drop spindles up front and drop
springs in the rear for the perfect stance. The power steering
components are all new. For all this horsepower new 4 wheel Wilwood
disc brakes have been added. The calipers are massive, and they are
completed with drilled/slotted rotors. The Fuel tank is new and has
an electric in tank pump. The exhaust is made up of 3" Pypes true
dual exhaust, with dual resonators and Pipes race pro mufflers.
Looking up at the motor, it's spotless! It is mated to a built
200R4 with 3000 stall. The Moser 12 bolt rear end has a Yukon posi
unit and is completed with Strange axles, and Yukon 3.55 gears. The
floors are very extremely clean; they've been prepped, painted and
finished in a nice, rubberized coating. The frame is extremely
clean, and has been stripped, prepped, and painted satin black.
SERVICE: During our shop inspection we fixed the following things.
Properly spaced the alternator for belt and pulley trueness,
replaced a thermostat sensor, repaired the backup lights,
calibrated the speedometer to read correctly, fixed the brake
lights, and replaced the power top switch.
No disappointments here, this is the type of build that was taken
to that next level of nice. Only the best of the best parts were
used and it shows. Driving this classic down the road will make you
feel like you're in a more modern ride. You'll be proud to show
this one off.
