Porsche 911S Coupe in Aga Blue over black interior. This car
underwent a multi-year refurbishment. Work involved repainting the
car in blue over replacement black leather upholstery, overhauling
and modifying the 911SC-sourced flat-six to a displacement of
3.2-liters, and rebuilding the five-speed manual transaxle.
Additional modifications include 16 Fuchs-style wheels, Bilstein
dampers, Rebel Racing rear coilovers, 930-style fender flares, LED
headlights, Recaro seats, a Wevo shifter, Classic Retrofit electric
air conditioning, Dougherty Racing Cams DC40 camshafts, dual 46mm
PMO carburetors, a front-mount oil cooler, SSI heat exchangers, and
a Dansk high-flow muffler. This modified 911 is offered with an
owners manual, refurbishment records, and a clean title.
The car left the factory finished in silver, and work performed in
2021 included deleting the sunroof, replacing the decklid, adding
steel 930-style front fenders, and repainting the body in Aga Blue
with silver and orange graphics. Additional exterior details
include steel rear fender flares, LED headlights, a lower front
spoiler, bright window trim, and European-specification rear
bumperettes.
Maxilite 16 Fuchs-style wheels measure 7 in width up front and 9
out back, and they are mounted with 205/55 front and 245/45 rear
Toyo Proxes R888R tires. The car rides on Bilstein dampers with
Rebel Racing rear coilovers and front camber plates. Stopping power
is provided by four-wheel disc brakes.The interior was refurbished
since 2019 and houses Recaro LS front bucket seats trimmed in black
leather with blue and orange houndstooth cloth inserts and orange
stitching. Additional appointments include RS-style door panels and
salt-and-pepper carpets, as well as a Wevo shifter, Rennline
perforated aluminum floorboards, and a Classic Retrofit electric
air conditioning system.
The MOMO Prototipo steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation
consisting of an orange-dial 10k-rpm tachometer, a 150-mph
speedometer, an analog clock, and gauges for oil level, oil
temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The six-digit mechanical
odometer shows 1,500 miles, approximately 100 of which have been
added by the selling dealer. Total mileage is unknown.The
911SC-sourced air-cooled flat-six was overhauled and modified to a
displacement of 3.2 liters in November 2022 by Rennsport Porsche
Works of Sealy, Texas. Features include a 10.2:1 compression ratio,
Mahle 98mm pistons and cylinders, Carrillo connecting rods,
Dougherty Racing Cams DC40 camshafts, larger valves, heavy-duty
valve springs, 46mm PMO carburetors, an MSD ignition system, and
front-mount oil cooler with an electric cooling fan. Service in May
2023 involved an oil change, replacement of the valve cover
gaskets, and an oil tank leak repair.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a Type 915/61
five-speed manual transaxle that was overhauled in November 2022 by
Rennsport Porsche Works with replacement synchronizers and a CMS
aluminum side cover. Additional work involved installing a
replacement clutch, a Wevo precision shift joint, SSI heat
exchangers, and a Dansk high-flow muffler.
