Vehicle Description
STK 3708 1991 Chevrolet Camaro RS
The Gen3 Camaro was introduced in the 1982 model year using the
F-body platform and production continued through 1992. This 1991
Camaro RS convertible was carefully restored in 2022 and is a
beautiful example with serious mechanical upgrades included
powertrain components from a '95 Z-28 Camaro. The exterior was
carefully refinished - a professional 2-stage respray of factory
Tuxedo Black. Accents include 17" polished alloy wheels w/General
G-Max performance radials, fog lights, front/side ground effect air
dams and a rear deck spoiler. The distinctive interior has been
restored with Saddle Tan vinyl and is outstanding. Features include
power tinted windows, driver air bag, power locks, cruise, tilt
wheel, full instrumentation and an Alpine AM/FM/CD sound system.
(The convertible is fitted with A/C, but it is not functioning.) A
new power convertible top is in excellent condition. The Camaro is
powered by a 1995 Z-28 5.7L LT-1 small-block that has been built.
It is equipped with Trick Flow aluminum heads, GM LT-4 hydraulic
roller 'Hot-Cam', shorty headers and a K&N air intake system.
It is backed by a 4-speed 4L60E automatic transmission w/2,000
stall convertor. The posi-traction differential is also from the
'95 Z-28 and is fitted with street gearing. The RS suspension
incorporates power steering and power disc brakes. If you are
looking for a GEN3 Camaro convertible that runs as good as it
looks, come drive this RS - it will likely end up in your garage.
