The Gen2 Mustang (beginning with the 1967 model) was the first
redesign of the original Mustang concept. The overall size,
interior and cargo space were increased and exterior trim changes
included redesigned front/rear facia/ taillights and side scoops.
This 1972 Mustang coupe has been with the original owner for 50
years. It was carefully restored to virtually original condition in
2002 and has been pampered ever since. (The factory build sheet is
included.) The virtually flawless body was prepped and resprayed
Medium Lime Green (F code). It is accented by a classic Matte Black
hood strip, front air-dam and Magnum 500 chrome alloy wheels that
mount 225/70x14" BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. The interior was
restored in Dark Green vinyl and the dash holds a full compliment
of gauges. The dash, door cards, headliner and steering wheel are
all excellent. Features include cold A/C (R-134), bucket seats,
tinted windows, AM/FM stereo system and full console. Under the
hood, a strong running 302ci/2V Windsor (F code) that was rated at
210hp-300lb/ft. The owner states that is matching numbers and has
never been rebuilt. It has been fitted with dual exhaust and is
backed by a 3-speed C-4 (W-code) automatic transmission and factory
open differential w/3.07:1 gears (B code). The Mustang is equipped
with power steering and power disc/drum brakes w/new dual master
cylinder. This great running classic Mustang will provide
performance on the street and look beautiful in your garage. ALL
