The 993 was manufactured between 1994 and 1998, replacing the 964
series. The 993's production marked the end of air-cooled Porsches,
thus the 993 generation of the 911 is often referred to as the best
and most desirable of the 911 model. One of the most highly coveted
993s is the C2S model only produced for 1997 and 1998. The C2S has
the 911 Turbo's factory widebody look, but with the Carrera's
naturally aspirated engine and sportscar pureness of rear wheel
drive.
Originally sold by Ira Motors Imports, Inc., Danvers, MA, this C2S
has been collector-owned and cared for from new. While driven
sparingly during its past ownerships, this C2S has always been
cared for and serviced appropriately to keep in its current
outstanding condition.
This C2S is in 100% stock configuration, never modified, original
miles, perfect condition having had only two owners from new, no
accidents, paint or paint correction. As per the second owner, "it
has only been wet 5 times in 24 years, once during my
ownership."
Recent servicing has included, New front trunk struts, New
Continental tires 2021 and New correct Porsche battery.
This C2S has 18,700 miles from new, it has always been garaged, it
is still with its standard equipment Cup II wheels (many were
converted to Turbo-Twists) and its interior is perfect.
