If you know anything about Hot Rods, then you know that the 1920s
and 30s Ford Coupes were the most popular models. These cars have
been featured in numerous movies, such as the Yellow Coupe in
American Graffiti. The 1928 Ford Model A 5 Window Coupe is a dream
car for any Hot Rodder!
This Coupe has been chopped and channeled, giving it a sleek and
speedy appearance even when it's not moving. Morley Performance has
built a powerful 355 cubic inch small block engine that is said to
produce 325hp, although, in my opinion, it is more than that. The
engine is paired with a Muncie 4-speed manual transmission that is
just waiting for you to shift gears and burn some rubber.
Additionally, the Ford 9" rear end with posi traction makes it easy
to leave your mark on the pavement. The car is light and powerful,
making it a great ride.
The front end has a drop axle suspension setup, while the rear has
a 4-link with coilovers. This car is perfect for anyone looking to
attend car shows or car cruises without having to put in any
work.
