Fiat 500 Bugeye! This vehicle has been in the same family since
new! Locally owned all its life here in Prunedale, CA. The previous
owner restored the car completely in 2002 after it was put in
storage for 30 years by his brother. He was a car guy who had a
small collection in his workshop and worked on them there. They
drove this Fiat to local car shows, and purades. They said every
time they went to the "little car show" in Pacific Grove, CA it
would win an award! Besides that it has never sat a day outside.
The previous owner was quite old and passed away, his wife decided
to sell it. This car is beautiful inside and out. There are two
things that are extremely RARE about this vehicle. The first are
the Bugeye headlights, which were placed by Fiat for the US market
only! Shortly after Fiat was ordered to remove them off the cars,
but by that time this car was already in storage. The second thing
is it has a full ragtop, not the typical half. I don't believe
there is a single other one like this one on the market today! It
is finished in a two tone yellow/red exterior with brown/red
interior. The interior of this vehicle is virtually flawless and in
great condition. Exterior is in excellent condition. Paint is deep
and glossy. It is powered air-cooled 479cc two cylinder engine
mated to a four-speed manual transaxle. Mechanically runs and
drives great. The motor is very healthy, sounds great and has
plenty of power. Transmission shifts smoothly through all gears.
Brakes feel great. This car has no, and has never had any
significant rust. Always a solid CA car. All the factory spot welds
