1949 Ford Shoebox Custom Convertible. Factory convertible that has been completely modified and upgraded.
This car comes with a real rebuilt and detuned 1967 Corvette 427ci L88 motor. Aluminum heads, Hydraulic lifters and slightly lower compression to accommodate Air conditioning. Serpentine belt and AC installed on motor.
All new interior floors and reinforced frame. Ford 9" rear. Mustang II front suspension. Bumpers are installed and were re-chromed. Power front disc brakes. Power windows, Power top and rear deck lid already setup. Comes with almost everything to complete the restoration except a new top and upholstery and carpet. Electric door poppers. it comes with a power bench seat, all the side panels and seats.
Many many hours of body work and fabrication were spent. The body is super straight and ready for final prep to paint. This is a rolling chassis, finish as you see fit.
