Great driving truck would be easy to enjoy while restoring or use as a reliable work or farm truck. She even has functional cruise control! COSMETIC
- Paint/Body: Solid truck with no rust. The paint is original and has a consistent patina all the way around. The body is super straight but very minimal dents or dings. The doors are solid but do sag a bitt. The passenger side door takes a little more effort to close but both open and close well.
- Interior: The interior is still original and shows its age and use. $500 would get you all new carpet, dash cap and seat cover to have good looking cab!
- Glass/Windows: Glass is all in good condition, no cracks. Power windows are weak but still work.
- Trunk/Bed: The bed has been used as a work truck so has some normal wear and tear but still in good condition. The tailgate opens and closes with ease.
- Undercarriage: The underneath is in fantastic shape. No rust anywhere that we can find. Fender wells, cap corners, floor pans, frame and bed are all very clean. Outside of some minimal surface rust, this undercarriage is SOLID! No patches or cuts anywhere.
- Wheels/Tires: Original wheels with older tires but still have some good tread.
MECHANICAL
- Drivetrain: Runs and drives very smooth. Small exhaust leak but otherwise a strong running engine. The automatic transmission shifts through all gears smoothly. We have been driving this one regularly for errands. Fires right up every time and cruises around town!
- Lights/Electrical: The headlights, tail lights, brake lights, turn signals and wipers are all functional. Cruise control is hooked up and working!
- Brakes: The brakes stop straight and strong!
- Power Options: Power steering works great!
