Gateway Classic Cars Milwaukee is excited to present this 2005 50th
Anniversary Edition Ford Thunderbird. The first Thunderbird rolled
off the assembly line in 1955 as a two-seater personal luxury car.
The Thunderbird evolved in many shapes and sizes through its long
production run, ironically going back to its roots with the
2002-2005 model. Again, built as a two-seater convertible. This
all-new Ford Thunderbird won the 2002 Motor Tend Car of the Year
award with its unique retro-styling. In 2005, the Ford Thunderbird
celebrated 50 years with a special edition roadster.This 2005 50th
Anniversary Edition Ford Thunderbird is painted in striking bright
red with a black convertible top. The iconic porthole windowed
removable hardtop and real wire wheels add a distinctive look to
this classic American roaster. The interior is beautifully
appointed with black leather seating, leather steering wheel and
leather shift knob. The black dash, door panels, center console,
and carpeting add to the inviting cockpit. Under the hood is a 3.9L
F DOHC 32V V-8 attached to a five-speed automatic transmission w/
select shift. In true Thunderbird tradition options are abundant
including air conditioning, power windows, power locks, power
mirrors, power/ heated seats, tilt/ telescopic steering wheel,
