A great looking Camaro with a big block and a 4-speed! at first
glance you would never believe this is a 30 year old restoration!
That's right, we have nut and bolt receipts dating back to the
restoration in 1993. We even found an appraisal from us dating back
to 1993 on this car that was done by Greg Grams himself. The car
still looks as great telling us that not only was it very well
kept, but the restoration was done right too.
EXTERIOR: Good looking car with all the SS trim. The fit and finish
is great. The panels are straight and gaps even, it has spoilers
and a metal cowl hood. Finished in Cortez silver paint the metallic
is laid out evenly and the clear is smooth and glossy. The SS
stripe is painted on smooth to the touch. No ugly vinyl top.
Overall, the glass, rubber, chrome and moldings look good. Fitted
with 14" Rally wheels with correct center caps, and Goodyear Eagle
ST tires. A fuel pressure gauge has been added above the wiper
cowl.
INTERIOR: The interior is deluxe, including the molded door panels
and upgraded upholstery with white stripes. The instrument panel
and dash pad are in great condition. There's a monster tach added
to the column. It's sporting vintage Stewart Warner gauges under
the dash. The console is in excellent condition and has the 4-speed
shifter sticking out of it. The steering wheel is a cushion grip
formula wheel. Interior lights are functional, and the headliner
fits great. Overall tidy condition.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: 396 block bored over to a 402, the heads have
been completely rebuilt, custom ground cam, engine assembled and
balanced at Motion Dynamics. Edelbrock aluminum intake, Holley
carb, long tube headers, MSD ignition and distributor. Dressed in
Vintage style M/T valve covers and air cleaner. Front of the motor
has chrome alternator and pulleys and timing cover. It has power
steering and brakes. A vacuum canister helps assist the power
brakes. The engine bay overall is show worthy.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Jamb is painted glossy, same with under the lid.
Weatherstrip is still soft. The trunk floor is solid and lined with
carpet. The battery has been relocated to the right-hand side of
the trunk in a battery box with a disconnect switch. On the
left-hand side is a small fire extinguisher mounted nicely.
UNDERSIDE: All the suspension was replaced/rebuilt at time of
restoration. It has added frame connectors and traction bars to
help keep it straight when you dump the clutch. Great sounding
exhaust with Super Turbo mufflers. It has disc brakes in front,
e-brake cables are hooked up. Looking up at the motor it has an
extra capacity oil pan and a high torque starter. The 4-speed is a
Muncie M20. in back is a 12 bolt posi rear. The floors appear to be
solid.
Service: This 67 Camaro went through our Service and had a new
starter installed, the fuel pressure gauge installed, and reverse
lights and switch hooked up and installed.
Buy with confidence with his beautiful Camaro that has held up this
long since restoration. The look is killer, the sound is amazing;
Especially with the hopped up cam. The drive is thrilling with the
windows down, big block rumbling, and the 4 speed ripping through
gears.
A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am
offering is my professional impression of the vehicle. Our salesmen
are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your
questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a
walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail.
