Modified TSX in like-new condition. Over $80K spent on vehicle/parts, and roughly $200K worth of engineering, fabrication, mechanical and electrical work. First occurrence of a CL9 chassis TSX with a J-series V6 powertrain swap (2012). Complete restoration using many new OEM parts, including JDM Accord Euro-R parts, and select high quality JDM parts from Mugen and Spoon. This is a very high quality build by an experienced engineer. An effort was made to use as many OEM parts as possible to ensure that reliability and driveability is on par with any Honda manufactured vehicle. The J37A2 engine was sourced from a 2010 RL with only 111 miles on it. After installation, the engine was properly broke in according to the RL owners manual. A brand new TL Type-S 6MT was mated to the J37, after receiving a new 3.55 FD gear set. Painstaking attention to detail in all aspects of the vehicle build. Lighter parts were used where possible to minimize vehicle weight. Consequently, this TSX weighs less than a stock TSX, despite a slightly heavier powertrain. This car is an absolute joy to drive, and has less than 8000 miles on all mechanical parts. Roughly 7000 miles on the engine and trans. Dyno tested 318 WHP and 274 WTQ. All vehicle systems work exactly as they should. Included in sale are 4 keys, original owners manual, flash drive with vehicle build info and hundreds of pics, and spare lumber parts for Recaro seats. Build info includes modification details with part numbers and wiring diagrams.
