1966 Mustang Coupe- 351 CID- 520HP- 4 Speed- Machine Metallic Gray
w/Black
This 1966 Mustang Coupe was restored about ten years ago and is a
"turn key" High-Performance Street Machine! The mileage since
restoration on the odometer is less than 7,000. Our seller is in
his 80's and as a life long "car guy", has always had at least one
in his collection that has impressive performance, sounds mean, and
is well sorted for worry free street cruising. This one has the
Ford 351 cubic inch Cleveland Block with lots of quality build
parts to bring it to a provable 520 horsepower at the crank! It
stays cool with the Aluminum Radiator and the Electric Fan, it's a
Hurst 4 speed Shifter, Disc Brakes at all four wheels and a Detroit
Locker Rear End... It is seriously FUN to drive! (The only noted
mechanical flaw from our seller was the bypass of the heater core
because of a leak.) The Interior has been completely redone
starting with a sound limiting mat under the new carpeting, and new
headliner, a full compliment of new performance gauges, an AM/FM/CD
sound system, a wood steering wheel, the optional upgrade vintage
'66 door panels and newer (more comfortable) seats from a '12
Mustang. The wheels are from a Lincoln LS. The undercarriage was
completely stripped and two coats of frame saver were applied. The
body was stripped, epoxy primed and painted, and clear coat was
applied. Come in and see this Mustang at our Troy, Michigan
location.
