STK 3676 1971 Oldsmobile 442
This restored 1971 Olds Cutlass 4-4-2 is a classic example of
Oldsmobile's high-end muscle car. Most of the work has been done
over the last few years and the owner has provided comprehensive
documentation of the restoration and parts used. The solid body was
carefully prepped and professionally refinished in Emerald Green
Metallic, a perfect color, for the 4-4-2. Fit and finish is
exceptional and accents include '4-4-2' badging/stripes, white
vinyl top and outstanding chrome. 'Series 52 SSI' slotted wheels
mount 15" Cooper radials. The white vinyl interior looks virtually
original. Seat upholstery and carpeting have been replaced and
features include A/C, full console w/Hurst Dual-Gate shifter, power
tinted windows, power locks, Bosch gauge package, 4-spoke alloy
tilt wheel and Pioneer AM/FM/CD sound system.
Horsepower is provided by a 455ci Oldsmobile engine that was built
by BTR Performance of Rochester, NY - a respected Olds specialist.
The block was prepped/magnafluxed/machined and bored to 4.18". The
crank was ground and the rotated assembly was balanced. Only
top-shelf components were used in the build.

Torque is delivered through a rebuilt TH400 automatic transmission
w/new 2,500 stall torque converter to a new Power-Trax positraction
differential with Richmond 3.08:1 gears. The chassis features power
steering, power disc/drum brakes and HD front/rear sway bars. The
entire undercarriage was stripped and repainted and new components
include the entire braking system, springs, shocks, all major
steering parts, u-joints and fuel tank/lines. There is a lot more,
but this Olds needs to be seen to be appreciated. This distinctive
4-4-2 is a great investment and a special driving experience. ALL
