A well cared for vintage MBZ 420SEL, low mileage (96K) rides and drives beautifully.
It was first registered in Colorado, then sold in Washington in 2017 where it remained until 2022, when it was brought to California.
Driven from Seattle to Sacramento last year with no problems. Interior leather and carpets are in excellent condition. Never smoked in and the ashtray looks like it has never been used. The paint is original and has cosmetic flaws consistent with age. The most noticeable are the small dings over the rear wheel wells (see photos) from incorrectly sized snow chains when the car saw its only trip in snow. They are not apparent unless up close. The only other defect is a slight indentation behind the rear license plate from a bump at a stoplight.
Tires are good with a brand new spare. Updated JVC sound system, but the original radio is included. The A/C blows cold and was recently recharged. Partial maintenance records are included. The car is currently licensed in California.
It will be sold with spare maintenance parts, including fuel pump, filter, hoses, belts, gaskets, extra headlights, MBZ manuals and CD, etc, A custom car cover is also included.
CarFax affirms that mileage is consistent with maintenance records, clear title, no accidents. Pre-bid inspections by prospective buyers are welcome.
The car is located in Stockton, California and is available for inspection most days.
