paint appears to be mostly original, and is in overall good
condition, with a good shine. All exterior glass in this car shows
a correct date code, including the t-tops, which are vg-exc.
Weatherstripping is in good condition, and taillights and slotted
aluminum wheels are vg. Correct and vintage Goodyear Eagle GT
outlined white letter tires show an average of 7/32nds tread depth
remaining. The interior of this 1981 Corvette appears to be all
original, and shows vg leather seats, steering wheel, and gauges,
vg-exc shift plate, door panels, GM seatbelts, carpet, and rear
storage bins, and good-vg dash pad. Correct 1981-only digital
AM/FM/8 track stereo is in place. The numbers matching 350ci engine
in this car shows casting date September 8, 1980, and final
assembly date September 12, 1980. Correct air cleaner, intake
manifold, valve covers, ignition shielding, a/c compressor, and
radiator hoses are all in place, and the frame is solid and
rust-free. Alternator appears to be recent. Included with this car
will be an original owner's manual, warranty booklet, and tire
