For Sale: 1991 Nissan Pathfinder in St. Louis, Missouri

Never thought you'd see a survivor unicorn Pathfinder with less than 60,000 miles on the clock! We have one at here at MotoeXotica Classic Cars. With a Clean Autocheck report showing only 3 previous owners.

This example was made in November 1990 at its Kanda, Fukukoa, Japan factory. It is finished in Aztec Red (code AG2). The SUV's paint and trim are in overall very good condition with a few blemishes that are visible up close most notable on the front fenders. The engine bay is tidy and the rear cargo area is clean. The truck's bodywork is straight and solid and the black fender flares and bumpers fit tightly to the body. There are foglights (inop) in front below the bumper. This example has a rear-mounted air deflector, a roof rack and a swing-out, rear-mounted spare tire carrier. There is a rear defroster and a rear wiper/washer.

This Pathfinder rolls on older Pathfinder all-terrain light truck tires, size 31x10.50R15. Each one is mounted on a factory alloy wheel. The wheels and tires are all in very good order overall. There is a full-sized spare tire in the spare tire carrier.

Under the hood is a 3.0L SOHC V-6 engine (code VG30E) with multi-point fuel injection. The motor is backed up by a new four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive (code RL4R01A). The HG46 rear axle has a 4.625:1 final drive. Up front is a R200 front axle. Driver convenience features include air-conditioning, cruise control, power steering, power brakes, a sunroof, power windows, power sideview mirrors and adjustable suspension.

Inside, the gray cloth-and-vinyl interior is overall very good condition, including the front buckets, the rear bench seat and the matching carpet and headliner. A gray four-spoke steering wheel, dashboard and inner door panels are all in similar good order. The center console, including the console-mounted shifter, transfer case and emergency brake. A factory AM/FM stereo with a cassette deck completes the interior.

Competition to this Nissan in 1991 included Chevrolet's Blazer, Ford's Explorer, GMC's Jimmy, Honda's Passport, Isuzu's Rodeo, Jeep's Cherokee and Toyota's 4Runner.
