Vehicle Description
1973 Chevrolet Camaro RS/Z28 numbers matching running gear with the
nice Z22 RS option... I bought it in 2021. Replaced all fluids,
painted the differential cover, rubber valve cover gaskets Had to
replace the radiator (had a hole). It's got an aluminum Cold Case
radiator now New water pump (not painted so it's rusty now) New
brakes, re-packed bearings, New Coil, still has original Points
style distributor (born with) 350 engine is numbers matching and
CLJ, has an Edelbrock intake on it. Edelbrock valve covers on it..
I have the originals but they are in Florida at my buddy's shop and
i can have them delivered if needed. Brand new gas tank and
vibration dampers and rubber fuel lines. New weather stripping M20
Wide Ratio. New Clutch and pilot bearing New fully welded exhaust
New silver Carpet New hurst competition plus shifter and chrome
trim ring and rubber boot New center console and lid. New Spectre
washable air filter. 10 bolt 3.42 posi Color Code DELETE... custom
order black from the factory, was not a stock color in 73. YR8
white stripes...... It's an obo situation... the car made the drive
on I-95 at 90 MPH with zero problems other than excessive gas
consumption.... That being said, it does use oil and could use some
updates I DO have the original valve covers in Florida i can have
sent here... It was originally an AC car but had the AC unit
removed by the previous owner and the box on the firewall has been
compromised... but if you wanted to put it back to original those
are the same for 70-81 camaro/nova,Vega etc... all AC boxes were
the same .... It should still be easy to find someone wanting to
take theirs off and sell it to make their car a hot rod It needs
paint, seats, and if you want it 100% original, the GM intake (the
snowflake aluminum was not a 73 part). Oh, headliner is in
excellent shape... ALL lights work except for backup lights... I
couldn't find the wire to hook to the shifter under the car Please
