Introduced in 2009, the 370Z was the successor of the popular 350Z and the latest in the series of Nissan Z car performance models. Almost everything was changed from the previous model and the 370Z features a front aluminum subframe, aluminum-alloy engine cradle, aluminum door panels, an all-aluminum hood, and an aluminum hatch. Front body torsional rigidity is improved by 10 percent with an extensively revised body structure, which includes a new front suspension cradle to reduce front body lateral bending, new rear structural reinforcements, and an underbody "V-bar" to help reduce rear lateral bending. The engine was also the update 3.7L VQ series V6 that produced 332hp and was mated to either a 6-speed manual or 7-speed automatic. The car could hit 60mph in 4.7 seconds.
