The Porsche Cayman is a mid-engined two-seater sports car
manufactured and marketed by German automobile manufacturer Porsche
across four generations as a 3-door, 2-seater fastback coupe. The
third-generation Cayman was unveiled in 2012 at the Geneva Motor
Show. The range was later expanded in March 2014 with the addition
of the GTS derivative, with slightly altered front and rear bumpers
and an additional bhp from the 3.4-litre engine The new Cayman
reflects the new design language from the 911 (991) and 918, and
features new and revised engine and transmission specifications.
The new model gained acclaim in the motoring press as one of the
best-handling sports cars at any price, due to its-mid engine
layout and driving dynamics.
