This 1986 Ford F150 XLT Lariat is a really clean and really nice
Bullnose that spent its life in the Pacific NW. This is a 2 owner
truck that has been very well cared for and it shows. This truck is
an awesome color combination and it was a highly optioned truck in
1986. The body is super clean and straight. The Smoke Metallic and
Light Smoke Metallic paint is one of the best combos out there and
it still looks excellent. All of the original chrome and moldings
are still really nice. The underside is also really clean and we
found no rust issues with this truck.
The interior is also original and it is extremely nice. The seat,
carpet, door panels, dash, dash bezel, and headliner are all
original and in beautiful condition. The headlights, taillights,
brakelights, and turn signals are all working. The gauges all work.
It has working power windows and power locks. This truck has tilt
wheel and working cruise control. The horn, windshield wipers,
heat, and AC all work. This is a wonderful example of an original
Bullnose interior.
Mechanically this truck is excellent and runs drives great! The
engine is the original 5.8L 4V H.O. 351 V8. It is totally stock and
runs strong with no issues or red flags that we could find. The
transmission is the C6 Automatic that shifts nice. It is mated to
the Borg Warner Manual Shift transfer case. The 4WD works like it
should. It has a Ford 9" rear axle with3.50 gears and a factory
limited slip. The front axle is a Dana 44 TTB with 3.50 gears. This
is all sitting on a nice set of factory wheels with hubcaps and all
terrain tires. These are getting hard to find in this
condition!!!
