FRAME OFF ROTISSERIE RESTORATION.
Stored in a heated insulated garage. Never driven in the rain. THIS IS NOT A NUMBERS MATCHING CAR!
I purchased my GTO from our Niece's husband after it languished in storage for many years. It spent most its life around Billings, Montana. found in a field with 7 bullet holes, no glass, no motor, & no transmission. Originally sold by Macintyre Motor Company in Billings Montana. It is a true GTO! I have the PHS documentation and copy of the window sticker as sold. Pretty basic GTO with the "Grand Turismo Omologato" (GTO) option (389 cu/in, 4-barrel carburetor, 330 HP), push button radio, 2-speed wipers (they work perfectly), padded dash, back up lights, and tinted windshield options. The car came with a 3-speed transmission! (RARE) The drivetrain was missing when purchased, thus, the reason I restored it to look stock but with a bunch of options added. No stone was left unturned every nut and bolt replaced! I have lots of photos showing the restoration. Everything works as it should.
I did a frame-off rotisserie restoration completed in my home garage. Frame was sand blasted & powder coated semi-gloss black. Body was stripped & one Qtr. panel replaced. No rust painted over. All parts were sealed using DP catalyzed primer. PPC Base coat with 6 coats of clear coat paint, not the water-based crap. Lots and lots of hours flat board sanding to get the car as perfect as possible. After the first three coats of clear was sprayed I color sanded it and the 3 more coats of clearcoat, then the paint was " cut-n'- buffed". Everything is insulated & sound proofed. Factory center console added. Suspension is Hotchkis Sport Suspension all four corners includes tubular a-arms matching springs and correct shocks, 2" drop spindles, new quick ratio power steering box. Balanced 455 cu/in bored .60 over (468 ci/in). Compression lowered to 9.5/1 to allow any grade fuel and fix the overheating problems common with old high compression engines using the crappy gas now days. 1966 Tri-power manifold/carbs, MSD ignition w/ 6AL box, engine is a 70 Pontiac 455 engine, "tremec" 5 speed transmission (2100 RPM @ 70mph), rebuilt stock GM 3:55 Yukon Posi-traction rear end. Fuel tank is stainless, fuel lines & brake lines as well. Stainless exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers, twin tips. Original bumpers were straightened, & triple chrome plated.

Power Disc Brakes front, and rear made by Stainless Steel Corporation, Power door w/keyless entry, Power trunk release, Dakota digital gauges, Painless wiring harness, LED tail lights, Tilt steering column, Day/Nite rear view mirror with back up camera, "Be-Cool" radiator dual electric fans, vintage air-conditioning, Ram Air hood, Ram Air exhaust manifolds ceramic coated, factory center console, factory vacuum gauge, new reproduction stock black interior new tinted glass all windows.
