This 1989 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ62 is a very clean rig that spent
most of its life in Virginia. We actually sold this FJ in 2018 and
recently bought it back. The person we sold it too added an Old Man
Emu 2 Inch lift and new wheels and tires. The stock wheels will
come with the vehicle. He only put around 3,000 on this vehicle
since 2018. This is a very solid and mostly original Land Cruiser
that has been obviously well cared for over the years. It has a
great look and is ready to go. The body on this truck is clean and
straight. It was repainted at some point in its original color of
Beige Metallic. The paint is still in excellent condition. The
chrome, moldings, and bumpers are also still in excellent
condition. The underside is extremely clean with only some minor
surface rust on the bare metal parts. There are no rust issues with
this rig.
The interior is all original and in beautiful condition. The seats,
carpet, headliner, door panels, and dash are all original and
excellent! It is rare to find Toyota Seats that are original in
this nice of condition. The headlights, taillights, brakelights,
and turn signals are all working. This has working power windows
and power locks. The gauges all work. The heat works and the AC
blows cold. The windshield wipers and horn are also working. A
beautiful interior.
Mechanically this truck is excellent and it runs and drives
wonderful. The engine is the original 4.0 Liter Inline 6 that runs
perfect with no issues or red flags that we could find. It has the
Automatic with OD transmission that shifts nice and it is mated to
the manual shift transfer case. The 4WD works like it should. It
has 9.5 Inch Axles with 4,10 gears. The Old Man Emu Lift kit is 2
Inches in the Front and 3" Inches in the rear. It came with all new
springs and shocks. He also added Brand New Rims with new 33 Inch
BFG All terrain tires at that time. These older Land Cruisers are
getting hard to find and this is a good one.
We drive what we sell so that we can give you a first hand and
accurate report on how the vehicle runs and drives. Our pictures
are never touched up or photoshopped. What you see is an accurate
representation of the vehicle. We take consistent pictures and show
you everything so you can get a true representation of the
vehicle.
