Selling my 1972 Oldsmobile 442 (clone) with the 455 Olds Big Block V8 and working AC.
She was restored about 20 years ago, from what I can guess at. Previous owner didn't know much of the history of the car before he got it and kept it in his private car museum. I drive it just about every day.
The car is not stock and not numbers matching. I have some receipts from the cars past and judging by what I've found under the hood, she was FULLY restored about 20 years ago and I highly suspect she was used for drag racing at some point. Just about everything has been replaced/restored on this car. I assume that this is when the car was rebadged with the 442.
There are no mechanical problems with this car and the AC and heat works perfectly. She runs great and starts every time. My daily commute with it is maybe 3 miles, but I would have no problem taking her on a day trip.
Absolutely no rust.
The interior is in fantastic shape and headliner is perfect.
The paint is good, but it is older. No major scratches or dents. The spoiler has a few small cracks in the paint but no chips.
Vinyl Top is in perfect shape. It must be somewhat new. One of the chrome window trim piece is bubbling. All the other chrome is in great condition.
