Welcome to Street Dreams as we celebrate our 25th year in the
classic and muscle car business. The Toyota Land Cruiser is a
series of SUV's manufactured from 1960 until 2001. Preceded to
market by the Jeep and Land Rover, Toyota's Land Cruiser is now
regarded as one of the progenitors of the now-crowded SUV market.
These classic SUV's have recently enjoyed explosive appreciation as
more people are introduced to their rugged charms. As good as these
gems are, this amazing 1977 Toyota Land Cruiser restomod raises the
bar to stratospheric heights. Pop the strut-assisted hood and
you'll be greeted by a freshly rebuilt 1999 1FZ-FE DOHC 24v 4.5L I6
engine from an imported Toyota FZJ79. The pros at Power Dynamix in
McKinney, TX blueprinted and rebuilt the engine with a new
crankshaft, connecting rods, piston rings, bearings, and motor
mounts. Far more than a mere engine swap, this beast also uses the
axles, brakes, transmission, transfer case, differentials, drive
shafts, and suspension from the 1999 FZJ79. Additional features
include power steering, power front disc brakes, power windows, air
conditioning with new compressor, 5-speed manual transmission, new
Aisin locking hubs, new Bilstein coilover shocks, a new exhaust
system, a Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo with new speakers and amp, and
new JCT wheels wearing fresh B.F.G. All Terrain T/A's
(LT285/75R16). This outstanding vehicle exudes quality
front-to-back and top-to-bottom which is evident in the images
provided. If this top-shelf classic crawler piques your interest,
call the team that can make your dream a reality. Street Dreams is
a full service dealership that can assist with worldwide delivery,
insurance, and financing options.
