1972 Dodge D100 HEMI Restomod Pickup
You are viewing a very nice professionally fully restored truck. Owned for 15 years. Took 6 years to build. Started in 2009 and finished in 2015 with under 2K miles since finished.

Body/Paint: Minimal rust repair with great body work provide a base for a great paint job. The body was skim coated with four layers of primer. Base/clear coat Rosewood Taupe with multiple coats of primer. The body and paint show very well. The bed is near perfect with customized tailgate. Bed wood is oak and sealed with SS wood dividers.
Interior: Restored with new cloth seats and carpet. Door panels are upgraded and off an early 80s D100. Single CD player with Bluetooth and MP3. Two each 6X9 speakers mounted behind the seats. PS, PB, seat adjust with shoulder seat belts. Gauges work and added to floor with custom housing.
Running Gear: The engine is a 5.7 Hemi out of a 2004 Dodge Ram ½ ton pickup with 50K miles. The engine was checked out and is in excellent running order. Valve covers sanded and polished. The transmission is an A833 4 speed bolted straight to the stock 5.7 Hemi bellhousing. Special flywheel used for the swap with new clutch. The rear end is an 8 ¾ original to the truck with a 323 posi gears. Custom shortened driveline.
Suspension: Nice original frame blasted and painted. The suspension is primarily stock with a lowering kit that is adjustable with front sway bar.
Bright work: New chrome with an early 2000s Dodge Dakota rear bumper.
Glass: All original with new rubber in very good condition.
Exhaust: Dueled off with glass packs.
Brakes: Power brakes, disc front with rear drums in good working order.
Wheels/Tires: Aluminum wheels with 235//60 15 front and 275/60 15 year tires with lots of rubber.
Summary: This is a very nice truck with super nice body, paint and interior. Built to drive and enjoy. It is very responsive and fun to drive. Professional restoration and beautiful.
