Our Corvette has a much modified 383 cubic inch small block
Chevrolet stroker V8 engine fed by an Edelbrock intake manifold and
Holley Sniper EFI and nitrous systems, electronic ignition, MSD
spark plug wires, Doug's headers, black-finished air cleaner
assembly, 383 Stroker logo valve covers and oil breathers, and is
paired with a Tremec five-speed manual transmission.
Our Corvette is fitted with power steering and a raked suspension,
and braking is handled by power-assisted Wilwood front discs and
rear drums with 15? American Racing wheels mounted with Mickey
Thompson Sportsman S/R tires measuring 26�6? up front and 28�10?
out back.
Interior
The Corvette black interior features bucket seats upholstered in
black vinyl and fitted with Braum racing harnesses, a roll bar, a
nitrous toggle switch, heater and defroster, LED shift light,
analog clock, and a Delco push-button AM/FM radio.
Dual nitrous bottles are mounted in the rear cargo area and the
wood steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, tachometer, and
auxiliary gauges. It also has black matching door panels, black
carpets and black Corvette floor mats insulating the cabin, and a
center console housing the 5-speed on the floor that moves
effortlessly as you change gears.
Exterior
Our 1964's fiberglass body is finished in white with a black
over-the-top stripe , a custom hood with an integrated air intake
cut-out, flip-up headlamps, faux fender vents, side-exit exhaust
pipes, quad tail lamps, and chrome bumperettes.
The chrome and stainless are very nice also, the glass is in great
shape all arounds. This Sting Ray has tons of curb appeal to go
along with its pedigree.
