This cobra is powered by a 351W Ford V8 fed by a Speed Demon carburetor on an Edelbrock intake manifold, while the spark comes from an MSD Ignition and a Pro-Billet distributor. Engine dress-up bits include an oval Cobra Air cleaner and Ford Motorsport valve covers. The Superformance MKIII has Power Disc 4 Piston Wilwood Brakes and Bilstein coil-over shocks that maximize the car's handling.

Superformance MKIII SP00624 has a Cobra emblem on the steering wheel and Ammeter gauges in the period correct dash layout. Original-style carriage latches secure the doors. All openings, such as engine bay, trunk, and cockpit are wrapped around the steel subframe for increased strength and support.
