(1960-2002), particularly the half-ton C10's, are credited by many
as being the forerunners of the modern pickup. The C10's
combination of an independent front suspension mated to a trailing
arm/coil spring rear provided the C10 with a vastly superior ride
compared with its competition. The series also introduced numerous
comfort and convenience features that were previously unavailable
on trucks, thus paving the way for today's cowboy Cadillacs. This
stunning 1970 Chevy C10 retains its classic lines and superior ride
while offering staggering performance and show car-type paint and
body. Lift the beautifully painted 1967 hood and you'll see the
aluminum 6.2L LS V8 that's been fortified with Holley EFI and a
Holley Hi-Ram intake manifold, a nice set of long tube headers, and
a healthy tune. Additional features include power steering, power
front disc brakes, air conditioning, 4-speed automatic transmission
with O/D, 12-bolt rear end, sharp 1967 C10 front sheet metal and
grille, new gauges in original-type dash, tilt steering column with
custom billet wheel, classic houndstooth upholstery, a newer audio
system, a new stainless steel fuel tank, and Coys wheels wearing
aggressive shoes (255/45ZR20 F, 315/35ZR20 R). As beautiful as this
truck is, its performance may be even more impressive. Capable of
cruising all day at Sunday driver speeds, it's also able to liquify
