Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is proud to offer this sharp 1965
Ford Thunderbird. The current owner obtained this piece of Ford's
history locally in Texas and claimed that it was from California
originally. It has been enjoyed by its current owner for about 5
years now. Walking around this '65 one should notice the gloss blue
paint. Adding to the curb appeal are 15" chrome wire wheels wrapped
in white wall radial tires, a chrome grille, hood scoop, chrome
bumpers, fender skirts, chrome trim, and even dual exhaust. The
two-toned blue with white interior flows well with the paint theme.
Additionally, the interior features a tilt away steering wheel or
"fat-mans" steering wheel, chrome trim, AM/FM/USB player, vinyl
seats with front buckets, and a matching dash pad. This Ford gives
the driving experience of a V8 engine while adding the comfort of
modern features. Some options include air conditioning, power
steering, power brakes with front disc, power seats, power windows,
seat belts, etc. Powering this Thunderbird is a 390 CID V8 engine
that is mated to a 3-speed automatic transmission. According to the
provided history, the engine was rebuilt about 2 years ago and
about 600 miles driven since. The transmission was redone about 4
months ago along with a carburetor rebuild, exhaust, brake booster,
voltage regulator, front window motors, etc. If you are looking for
a 60's American Muscle car with some luxury to it, this could be
the one for you. This 1965 Ford Thunderbird is listed by our Dallas
