The 1987 Ford Mustang GT is an iconic American muscle car that embodies the spirit of the '80s with its bold styling and thrilling performance. This particular stunning example is one of the nicest Fox body Mustangs that we have had in our showroom. Excellent ownership from day one. The original owner was a Ford Engineer who bought the car through the Fords internal lease program, the second owner had the car until 2013 with sales orders on file along with every dealer book, warranty cards, owners manuals, Marti report and full three ring binder full of service records from the start. It was special ordered with the trak-lok 3.08 gearing and a pretty stripped down. Based on the sticker under the hood, the car had it's a/C converted in early 2000's to R-134A. The top is original and has two small pinch marks that do not deter it from doing its job and the power option works well. All lights and gauges work properly and the car is truly a joy. Everything is very tight with no funny sounds, shimmys or shakes, does not burn or leak oil, sound fantastic with a brand new Cat-Back exhaust. The paint and interior is fantastic. The engine bay is tidy, it shifts perfectly including an excellent clutch and brakes. This is a true 80's icon that was a must have performance car of that era and to find them in this condition is truly remarkable.
