Vehicle Description
This custom 1972 Chevrolet El Camino SS was the recipient of a
2-year restoration. It is powered by a 350ci 4-barrel V8 engine
that was professionally rebuilt using high-performance
modifications, featuring Patriot headers with a custom dual exhaust
and custom color-matched billet valve covers with a Winters intake,
aluminum water pump, Patriot stainless 1.75-inch headers, a
2.25-inch exhaust X-pipe through Flowmaster mufflers, MSD HEI
ignition, a 600 CFM Holley carburetor and a heavy-duty radiator.
The engine is paired with an M21 4-speed transmission with a Hurst
shifter and a 12-bolt rear end with an aluminum cover. This El
Camino is also equipped with UMI performance front and back tubular
control arms, sway bars with Bilstein shock absorbers and Wilwood
disc brakes on the front. It sits on custom 18-inch Rally wheels
with low-profile Cooper Zeon tires. This vehicle is finished in
Sierra Desert Tan with a black vinyl roof covering the bucket-seat
interior that features a console, custom stereo system, power
steering and a factory tachometer.
