1985 rust free Arizona Chevrolet K5Silverado Blazer full mechanical
restoration. Have parts receipts, that's without labor. The truck
was purchased in Arizona. There is 2" inch stack of parts receipts
from the past couple of years, see partial list in photos. Rebuilt
engine, all engine accessories, rebuilt700R4 transmission, complete
a/c system, cooling system, new softtop,.... Motor was rebuilt to
355 cubic inches V8 dyno-ed at 315HP @ 5,000 rpms and 396ft. lbs
torque at 3,400 rpms. Engine fires right up, and idles nice. Smooth
shifts through all gears, no clunks. There is less than 1,000 miles
on the build in past two years. Best starting and running
carburated vehicle I have ever owned. New mechanical work includes
a custom 2 �" thick gauge tubing dual exhaust (same routing as K5
diesel Blazer), Dynomax mufflers, exhaust headers, Power Trax rear
locker, new rear axles, new axles in the front differential, new
diff covers, rebuilt,lengthened and balanced drive shafts, new
steering gear box, steering pump,rebuilt steering column, steering
lines, a 6" suspension lift (done by off road shop ), all new
Bilstein shocks and steering stabilizers, new calipers,wheels
cylinders, pads, shoes,... The 14" ralley wheels were refinished in
2022with 35" BFGoorich Mud Terrain tires with almost full tread.
Sale includes a refinished spare 5th wheel, no spare tire. Engine
and tranny are completely rebuilt. There are actually too many new
parts to describe in detail. The interior has new carpeting
installed over rust free floors (I have pictures of the metal
floors before carpet install). Truck still has the original rubber
Blazer factory floormats front and rear. The seats are in very good
condition with some markings and wear. The headliner is totally
intact with some smudges. Door skins and trim are in nice overall
condition. The rear cargo floor area was finished with an
industrial color matched bedliner. I have the complete new carpet
kit for the rear as well.
