Vehicle Description
Did you fall for the 1969 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Clone? Most
people did, except for the die-hard Pontiac enthusiasts. Only 697
genuine Trans Am cars were built in 1969, and the cost of the real
deal is significantly higher than the asking price of this car.
However, having a clone has its advantages, as you can enjoy it
more without worrying about damaging a $400,000 car.
This particular car underwent a full restoration with no expenses
spared. Every nut and bolt was removed, and the car was painted in
the same colors as the '69 Trans Am. The white paint and blue
stripes make it stand out when it's outside. The interior is
classic black, with bucket seats in the front and a Hurst shifter
in between them. The engine is a Pontiac 400 cubic inch motor
paired with a 4-speed on the floor, which everyone loves. The
suspension was upgraded with Ride Tech coil overs on all four
corners, front upper and lower control arms, rear control arms, and
a sway bar setup to provide a better ride. In addition, during the
restoration process, it received a Vintage Air system, which
provides a comfortable ride on hot days while going to and from car
shows.
